I love them so much... I feel like I cheated myself because I cannot stand Claudia (sorry!!) but god these are stunning, far better than what I expected judging from the preview.

Schiffer is underwhelming to say at the least.

Why can't Karl go back to something more innovative like Spring 2006?

Plus, the darkness in the room thing has already been done ie. Fall 2007 ad campaign with Freja!

Agree 100%!

I don't expect anything exciting though. Karl + Schiffer = DULL.

Nothing good has come out of their collaborations.

easily my favorite chanel ad in some time. it captures that reckless moodiness we saw in the chanel homme ads from some years back and that dirty, gritty glamour last seen in the prada campaign from fall 2003 with daria. i love the frisson caused by the juxtaposition of these fantastically opulent clothes and this unassuming setting.

is it that the true chanel girl isn't the rich girl living in a russian manse or malibu palace, but the true city girl living in her parisian pied-a-terre?

Is it just me or does this feel a little too editorial??

I mean, the concept is okay (except that awful awful wig) but its more of a magazine editorial than a campaign.
