She has been looking really down lately...and that Dolce pic shows it.....where is my kissy lips and peace sign Chanel?...Maybe she should take a BIG break while she still relevant.

That would be career suicide. She just needs a big cover, campaign or a few major editorial options. They're very hard to come by but this editorial/ campaign season will be vital for her, more than ever before. I just hope Wintour doesn't drop her for the newer girls.
Hopefully, she'll be alright in Paris. I do expect she'll lose one major show, though. Either YSL or Balenciaga. And conterary to what many believe..she needs her show slots just as much as any new girl.

When it really comes down to it she doesn't need to be in any shows at all. She could focus only on VS and have more free time. I'll always be happy to see new things from her no matter what direction her career takes! Also, she might not be sad; she actually might be maturing and not needing to put on a happy face all the time. Just a guess.

I see more maturity in her rather than sadness. Her body is becoming sexier and I guess she's more aware of her career right now. She's looking beautiful. I miss her old hair but she still manages to look radiant with her new one.

I'll die a little bit inside if she's not at Balenciaga this season...especially as it would mean MAS has lost interest too . But she's down F/W 09, Resort, S/S 10 and Pre-Fall 10 so I'm hopeful. I can just about stand to see her losing YSL.

What about Givenchy? I'm interested to see how that pans out. It wouldn't be surprising if she was only cast for the couture show but hopefully she'll still be one of their casting picks for this season.

I don't think that's the final cast at Nina Ricci. Way too many girls and they have scaled back on their show last season. Hopefully, she'll make the cut.

Hopefully, she'll be at both but with the way things have gone so far..we should be prepared to not see her at one of those. Givenchy's RTW casts are not as racially diverse as their couture castings for some reason.

Chanel's been walking for how many seasons now? She obviously will not walk as many shows in her debut season, but it's important to note that the designers she does walk for are big. Also, her F/W showings are ALWAYS less impressive than her S/S.

I think we can count on her to be at Dior/Galliano/Hermes/Balenciaga etc, and anything more is bonus! Let's also note that she looks great at every show...let's stop acting like the apocalypse is impending!

^^ I think this one has stood the test of time, who else is walking for major shows even after her hype has died down? Where is Aminata, Where is Arlenis, Where is Sessilee, Where is Georgie??? IMHO Chanel's showlist this season is by far 10X better than all their show this season combined! What other girl of color is running around in a bra and panty for VS and then turn around and all of a sudden she is this baby faced robot @ Balenciaga??? Now THAT is a BAD B**C!...her determination is remarkable considering that she does not have backing from the BIG FASHION ppl like Carine, Meisel, Testino, I & V, Sorrenti, M & M etc.
