Look, I love Chanel as a person, I've met her, she's really nice and funny, but the fact that she is in the show is big no in my opinion. At least in a picture they can just photoshop her. Can't do much for video..
 
And she looked great walking the last show given the hot mess of an outfit they gave her. She looks great in the commercials and she's going to tear it up this year as well. To each his own, I don't really care for Adriana Lima but you don't see me going into her thread or all over these forums wailing about everything I don't like about her.
 
Okay, for Chanel and her body. No, she is not the curvacious VS bombshell that we all see in gisele and heidi and adrianna. And yes, I agree that compared to the other Vs models, she looks like a child. But then again, ehr body is still gorgeous. That outfit looks amazing on her, and she looks great in Rosa Cha even when it's on the runway. No, she doesn't have large boobs or a butt, but I think that her body is still stellar. Plus, I think she's a good eprsonality for VS
 
Yeah I'm done defending her, its exhausting. People just don't like her no matter what. She looked amazing last year and she'll look better this year! I really hope they give her decent outfits...:rolleyes:
 
^I know right. I don't even find it annoying anymore as much as amusing when people lash out at Chanel because their favorite model wasn't cast in the show. Get over it! It's nothing to get an aneurysm over.
 
You know everyone is entitled to their opinion. If they think that she's a twig then, that's okay because that's they're opinion. HOW MANY PEOPLE HATE ON CHANEL'S SWAG? C'mon even sometimes, I, probably one of her biggest fans on the planet question her sometimes, but she always puts out and gives it her all. So let these give what they gotta say and let um talk. THEY DON'T PAY HER BILLS. VICTORIA SECRET DOES HONEY. Get it straight. And I think she looks SLAMMING in that sport get-up. Minus the hat tho, but other than that I SEE nice cleavage and some hip action. GO AHEAD Momma
 
I think chanel has the potential to become the next big supermodel in the true sense of the word.And i think thats why alot of people try to pull her down .i dont like that sports outfit im hoping the other outfits would be better.and i think in time to come her body will change and hopefully find a good balance for vs and hf.
 
that sports outfit is shocking, I would be embarrassed to wear that especially if the other girls are wearing pretty wings. Seriously VS get her a decent outfit, there is no reason to cover her up :)
 
^ i honestly wouldn't be surprised. it often amazes me how far some agents or people in general will go to kind of blend in to others, and kind of appeal to the 'general public'
 
Don't get me wrong i think she looks beautiful... it just seems to be a very disappointing culture in famous black women, it even looks like she went to Tyra's surgeon
And even more the disappointing because her nose was my favourite thing about her
 
^mhmm. it rreally did seem like her bi-racial background is what jump-started her career, making having such almost drastic, in this case, procedures done kind of defeat the purpose, no?
 
Why do you think she had a nose job? She looks the same to me. Maybe the makeup artist contoured her nose like they do sometimes for runway.

I'd be kind of sad if she did get one. I've always prided her on being one of the very very few black models who found success without having caucasian like features.
 
I hope she has not had work done, that would be disappointing :( I wouldn't be surprised though, all the other VS girls have. Her nose was perfect with how it was :), why change it, silly Chanel. Lets pray that she doesn't get more work done, like implants, that would be devastating, I hope she is not contemplating that (especially when we all know why their putting her in silly bodysuits, making her wear 2 bras and over photoshopping that region). Its all part of the pressures from working for VS :(
 
I was in the VS thread and it says that she's going to be having wings in the Country girl section! YES, that's what she wanted and that's what we wanted too! And I think she's in the Game On section too? Hopefully she's in the PINK section too. I mean, she's like the epitome of PINK! So excited
