Calm down. Most models in general have small pointed noses so it would be a shame if she got rid of what makes her unique.
I'm so happy she's getting wings but the sports section worries me.

I don't think she got a nose-job , i think its just the angle of the photo...i love her nose, its kind of big-ish and flat but it suits her face and she looks beautiful with it.
