Christian Dior announced minutes ago that John Galliano has been fired from the company, effective immediately. Hate that outfit and freaking hate that cheesy 80s hair, she should have kept her hair styled like the Blumarine show.

^^She didn't walk YSL or Galliano last season. Either way, with the designer changes, models of color are going to get the short shrift because I can almost guarantee that the new designers (or at least the names being cast around- Hedi Slimane, Olivier etc) for these labels would probably cast only one token model of color.

Why not? I do not think she said anything that could/would affect her. She only said that John is a talented person and pleasant to work with, and that she wishes him all the best. It was a very generic answer IMO.....nothing bad. Ok....whoever gave her that hair needs to GO....they should have straitened her hair.But still....she WORKS! And if I am not mistaken...Chanel will only be in NY for 1 day and then she leaves to Paris! I got that tea from a girl on twitter @ureadyBee...I guess she replaced Chris....because she was with Chanel in Milan! Is she her assistant?

Have you seen the video? I think this part of her answer makes it awkward like maybe she hasn't been looking at tv or been on the internet in a couple weeks. The answer isn't bad but parts of it have seemingly been proven untrue?

Nope that's her best friend LOL now you know where I get my stuff. And while I wish she didn't say ANYTHING, you know that everything she says is going to be blown out of proportion. It's already circulating like mad. She needs someone with her at all times because she doesn't really have a handle on questions like this, I don't know if she understands the severity of the situation she's kind of in her own world of get this done and get out to Paris, it seems.

I hate the hair and the lip color on her though, but she's still extra cute LOL

^^^I agree. I would have said the same thing. She basically explained her relationship with him and how he helped her career. They shouldn't have asked her that so soon though. This is a very uncertain time in fashion. Its a shame that two designers that have supported her for years will be gone from those blue-chip labels. I guess she still has DG, Dsquared2, Gucci, and Balenciaga.... hopefully!

That girl you were talking about is her good friend or something. Her and Chanel were Ustreaming from Milan a few nights ago from their hotel room.
