I'm sure they're meant to be long... they just look odd on the bag... such large and long straps call for a bigger bag, IMO

i thought the bag was initially cute but im pretty glad i didnt buy it. Ive seen so many women prancing around the mall with fake cambons. Its becoming tiresome to buy a nice designer bag hoping that they aren't going to make any knock-off's.

I want to get the bag but it look so cheap :sad:. The strap and the stupid huge logo just make the whole bag look cheap. Haven't seen any fake here yet.

I have this bag in tan with the black chanel logo.And its such a comfortable everyday bag,and fits quite alot of things in it.I was abit adamant upon getting it,but im glad i purchased.

And who cares at fakes?...why shud i stop myself frm getting a bag i like in fear of ppl buyin the fakes ones.As long as i like the bag and know i bought it for its quality thats what matters...

The pink one is also adorable....

i think these are adorable bags but i don't htink they would be a wise investment for me personally.. i think the original 2.55 bags have a much more timeless feel to them...

Too many fakes and too big of a wait list for the hottest styles. The owner of the boutique I work at fell in love with them at the Chanel store in LA while on a buying trip and started scouring the world for them. But, she got so burned out by all the fakes and the general trendiness of the bag that she bought this amazing one at Neiman's that will never be faked and was the only one in the state. She said that "by the time I can get one they will be out, and for $1,400 they need to be timeless".

I actually like the CC's. Chanel these days seems to be overloading everything they make with their logos but to me it's an example of so much tackiness that it's hot. It's like a Moschino-esque tongue-in-cheek parody of our culture's logo and label obsession. But then again I'm a label wh*re so what do I know?

which 'little' one? the large tote is ~$1900 after tax. I think the bowling bag was something like $1200, and the pochette ~$700 but I'm not sure for those two.
