I feel so bad for you Europeans! It'll be at nine o'clock CSM time for me, so I don't really have to stay up so late.
My first reactions to the stuff so far is that it is just 'okay'. However, the green tweed blazer looked awful on the rack, but on Sasha with the headband, it looks amazing! I can't wait to see the runway pictures!
Edit: I agree with Diorling about this probably being fun and campy.

I was thinking the same thing, I was staring at the pic for like 10 minutes
If the show started at 7 (if it was on time) , then we should have pics soon. Its almost 8 PM on the US west coast.

Ahhh, good ol' Karl Lagerfeld. Always ready to fly in the face of political correctness and perceived wisdom. Whether it's sniping about Kate Moss' bandy legs or living on a diet of cactus juice, dear uncle Karl is always on hand, to get up everyone's noses. And so, here he is, in the midst of the world's sudden obsession with carbon-footprints, and in the most environmentally PC state in the world, California, putting on a fashion show - in an airplane. For his Chanel cruise show this Friday models will stroll down a jet, applauded by the suddenly un-carbon footprint aware Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz and the ubiquitous Lily Allen, who is apparently taking a break from informing the world she is considering a gastric bypass. Let's hope all the skinny models cheer her up.

A MODEL SPECTATOR: THOSE in view of the front row at Chanel's cruise show in LA today will get a special sneak preview of the collection - Claudia Schiffer will be wearing it in the audience. The German supermodel rekindled her friendship with Karl Lagerfeld when he filmed her recently for a forthcoming Dom Perignon campaign (in which Claudia replaces Eva Herzigova) - ten years after first appearing in Chanel ads.

But now she's got her old job back! Herr Karl has hired his former model/muse for the 2007 Chanel Cruise Collection ad campaign. Is Karl going '90s retro already? Schiffer will be at the runway show that takes place at the Santa Monica Airport Friday, May 18. Front row guests may include Emmy Rossum, Demi Moore, Camilla Belle and Cameron Diaz.

(LOS ANGELES) Given its location at the Santa Monica Airport, it’s fitting that Karl Lagerfeld would go the distance to execute an aviation extravaganza for his cruise show this Friday.
So while he isn’t sending his guests, which will include the likes of Emmy Rossum, Demi Moore, Camilla Belle, and Cameron Diaz, into the wild blue yonder, he will nevertheless treat them to a visual feast, having commandeered (and made over, à la Chanel) a jet from which his procession of models—including, as reported, male muses Brad Kroenig and Sebastien Jondeau—will parade.
Catching it all from her prime spot on the front row will be none other than Claudia Schiffer, whom Lagerfeld revealed at Monday night’s ICP Awards (where he was honored) he has tapped to star in his Chanel cruise press kit.
And where there are models, rock stars are never too far behind: Anthony Kiedis, Cat Power, and Lily Allen will all be on hand for the show and after party in hanger eight as well.
