I love Jessie but wow that dress is hideous on her! The proportions are way off and would have suited a silhouette more like Tilda. You have to be quite statuesque to pull of those deconstructed looks IMO. Jessie should have chosen one of the more streamlined silhouettes like Look 19 or even Look 66?

Tilda on the other hand looks amazing in that shirt + skirt. I'm convinced!

If the white skirt is 1 or 2 inches shorter, it would be perfection. But it works wonderfully on her.
