It stands for Canal Walk, which is appanently a event center, mall, and tv station (or something of the sort) in Cape Town
I was browsing their site: http://www.canalwalk.co.za/ and came across this picture, which also was captioned saying Charlbi is their face of 2007

I think she has a very beautiful face, but in some pics (especially runway pics) her legs look really short. But she's only around 5' 6" or 5' 7" right? Maybe she'll grow

I think she's closer to 5'8.5" or 5'9"... still a bit short, but I think she's beautiful enough to compensate for it

^ she was in a lot of her first few agencies, but a few of them (like alfa) recently updated her to 174 cm, and she just signed with SPS and they have her as 5'9" I believe

You never can tell though, since sometimes the heights get exaggerated
