Here is some snippet of the article:

In my industry, many of the best models don't look anything like they do in the magazines. The usually dress in jeans and wear no makeup, so to an outsider of the industry, you might pass them right by on the street not knowing the are even a model. What makes a model so good, is her ability to take on the "role" of the woman you want in the photograph.... I believe this is a part of the model that she is expressing on set, that she doesn't express in daily life.
