I suspected that was styled by Sara Fernandez, it.

Charlotte looks pretty damn amazing to me, they retouched (smoothed) the whole editorial it appears, but I don't think they altered her looks too much. I agree, the photoshopping was probably not necessary at all in any form -- at least it's not in hyper-saturated colors AND retouched like so many editorials are these days.
