Yesteday I went to Exsolance in Roscoe Village. They have so many great reviews online. Unfortunately my experience there was short as I was just going in to have a haircut gone wrong fixed a bit. My styilist was sooo good about listening to what I hated about my hair and really worked hard to make me feel better.

And as far as some more shopping-I don't know if it has been mentioned but the Armitage/Halstead area is super! There is a Kiels Store, L'Occtaine, BeneFit, Betsey Johnson, Bebe, Beneton.....on and on. And its not so touristy as Other areas tend to be!

I"m not sure either! I have not been over there.

I did venture out yesterday into the madness..didn't do any shopping just went to see the big tree and the Macy's window display.

I am going to Chicago on Saturday. Does any of you Chicagoans know if the Jil Sander store on the Oak Street has started putting things on sale? Thanks for any helpful information!

Hey ya'll -- This is my first FashionSpot post (despite being a member for nearly a year!), but as a new Chicago resident I felt I could help a bit with questions above. I live on the corner of Oak & Michigan (well my parents do, but it's an unbelievable location for me, being a long-time fashion lover!!) right now, and unfortunately, the Oak St Jimmy Choo store has not opened yet. I watch for it daily, but it looks like it will be a few months still. Oh & Jil Sander is having a 60% off sale right now!! Amazing. I personally recommend the Barney's on the corner of Oak & Rush though, as they had all the cult faves (Lanvin ballet flats and Christian Louboutin Prive pumps ) available, as well as great sales on Marc Jacobs and Chloe platforms. Sorry, this is a long post, but I thought I might be able to help anyone visiting Chicago anytime soon!

Wow! Is there any better address!? :woot: Lucky!

I really want to make a trip out there, but unfortunately that isn't going to happen very soon! Someone has to fill me in on what Barneys and Saks have for s/s in the men's departments!
