Fantastic! Her best collection so far!
I love how she fully uses all the spectrum of Karl’s heritage at Chloe!
And pencil skirts at Chloe!? When was the last time that happened. Feels very fashion, yes very late 70’s early 80’s but still modern and directional.

Her boho-chic could have been redundant but she has a few tricks up her sleeves.

I do like this evolution. It reads more grow-up and less Glastonbury. She does have good eyes for colors. I feel like the Saint Laurent Latex Collection is all hers.

The cropping and compositions of the photography don't show the collections the best either really dark or accidental. The sunglasses remind me of the last YSL Men's show sunglasses.
Her Chloe outerwear and jackets scare me.

Very very evocative of how women in Paris would dress circa 1978-82 ( blouson dresses, secretary blouses, pedal pushers) though the platform shoes were more common in the early mid 70s . The hats and jackets are like the ones shown in the Fall 1978 collection.

I think top designers have been obsessed with the 80s for the past 15 years it is time to move on and yes most 80s fashion is not flattering at all

i think chloe is in good hands. But mybe the "evolution" was too harsh, could hardly find what made her earlier collections great.

I liked the collection and the lookbook, it reminds of a good Miss Vogue editorial, although it makes looking at the clothes a bit tricky at times.

I do agree that so much eighties fashion, can be tiresome but in here it doesn’t feel that stuffy or reductive (cough…as in the case of Saint Laurent…cough), maybe because it’s a varied fashion proposition and to an extent there’s room for many types of women to pick and choose from this collection and blend it in with their personal style. Unlike, once again, SL which feels too styled and too set in stone.

To put it in short…Saint Laurent would do well to hire her for the main post in a couple of years!

P.S. The Paddington does look great, I hadn’t noticed that it’s a smaller version, it’s been a long time since I last saw it.
