Chloé S/S 2020 Paris

Well, at least is not 100% like the resort collection, actually this would be a perfect resort collection, but you know... I think we already discussed that on the resort thread.

Anyway, I like it, its very grown-up sophisticated woman with a fashion twist, but, yes, its frustrating, someone like Natacha could really be pushing more, taxing us to new places... Oh boy. Its the game, unfortunately, its not her fault.

Love the first look and the suiting pieces. Such a let down after what she produced last spring.

That platform sandal is straight outta 2005/2006. Like I can see Mischa Barton and Lindsay Lohan wearing them.

Unfortunately shoes are really not her thing. They always come off as an afterthought and are completely overshadowed by the bags. I can see why that wouldn’t be a problem for her bosses.

All things considered the collection turned out alright, classy and parisian. Very safe but I hope it helps her keep the job.

I really hope this will help her keeps her job because this has a potential if not too commercialized. I think she has such interesting point of view with RTW. But she definitely need better bags and shoes. I see that she tries to revive the paddington lock which is on the right track but at least she needs few handbag hits.

solid nice collection but too basic for me. But I like natacha, I hope next season will be more exciting again. she is really strong with accs and I always love her footwear :D

It definitely has a weaker fashion message than her previous collections, it's more commercial and straightforward. But still has the charm desirability.

I felt something about this watered down. Now seeing the rumors of her being on her way out and the switch of stylist it all makes sense. This isn't bad per se but it does feel a bit reduced from what Natacha was going before. I like her at Chloé its always come across as believed to me.

I'd say this is her best collection for the house yet. It's very balanced, simple but dressed-up, playful but smart, fashion-forward but easy to grap; most of all, it feels like the start of a language that's distinctly hers. This doesn't feel like "formerly of Louis Vuitton" like most of her previous collections have, this feels like "creative director of Chloé" through and through. It'd be a shame to see her leave after this.
