Chloé S/S 2021 Paris

Why's she getting fired? What's the tea?

I actually like her. and I can see 1-3 typical Natasha pieces that I like. But its clearly the worst collection of her so far. the middle end section has this weird ugly mommy-daughter-comptoir des cotonniers-petit bateau- vibe. I hate that.

Her S/S 2019 was more current and more fashion forward than this clownery..

I kinda hate myself for it but I like the « HOPE » dress! It’s cheesy and obvious but it’s just a good dress here.

I like Natacha and I think she is talented but it’s obvious now that her creativity is contrived at Chloé. She definitely has a strong POV but it’s obvious that these clothes are more in tunes with the commercial aspirations of the suits than her vision. The cast does not suit the clothes and maybe those clothes would have looked better on a regular bland Chloé cast.

She is talented but Chloé is really not the house for her. She needs a whole brand to relaunch or another house more suited to her personality.

A bit LVish ...A touch "out there" for a brand like Chloe it's maybe lacking the subtlety & understated elegance associated with this brand ...Some nice accessories i must say ... Also the cast & styling was very interesting lol...But i kinda like it for some reason ...Haha...

I feel like her aesthetic is too edgy for Chloé. After all it's a really commercial brand and it's clear that she had a plan to make it more aspirational and fashion, see: her debut collection. Then she had to change direction to sell more but as I said before, it still feels quite honest. My relationship with Natacha's Chloé is a love/hate one, but I really wish her all the best because she's truly talented.

This is more or less what I expected from her when they hired her. So, they deserve it. Next, please.
