Something about her face has changed - like it’s gone back a bit to her face pre-surgery. Is it the holding back on brow fillers? Her eyes also now appear more on a levelled pane instead of pulled up to seem like fox eyes. She looks quite plain overall

The dress ruins it. Even with the extreme post-processing that happens with every jewellery campaign, you can tell it's not her colour and makes her skin tone look off, and then your eye can't help noticing everything else that also seems a little weird.
