My only complaint is the music, it started off good with that song that sampled pieces from Madame Butterfly, but then out of nowhere was something from the 80's, a cheesy Celine Dion pieces, R&B....it was kind of all over the place. I wish Healy used more pieces from Madame Butterfly, or spliced something contemporary with a shamisen to complement the softness and delicate nature of the looks.

I agree...I liked the beginning with the opera, but the R&B really annoyed me. I liked all the instrumental parts though...I wish John and Jeremy had used more...mood setting music, the 80's like tunes distracted from the quality of design and elegance of the clothes....I fear that Jeremy is losing his touch...

I may, like the previous show, have to watch the show again while listening to the music I would have liked to have heard instead of the actual soundtrack.....

OMG the video....that just taught me a new meaning of fashion...I had my mouth hanging open the entire time...there wasn't one shot in the vid that wasn't ready for printing to become the cover of Vogue Paris. AMAZING! (even the music)

i am speechless...i crid when i saw the pics. stunning, pure and wearable <some of them>.this is definitely for everyone. whoever doesn't like i ought to have their brain checked, the origami and folding...spot o and to die for!!!! fashions heaven!!

You can see in the video that some of the younger models were having trouble with the method modeling,(i'm looking at you Coco),and the vets like Shalom, Debra Shaw and Erin O' Conner really shined...

I hate the soundtrack less the more I listen to it. It's still not my favorite, though. I wish Jeremy would have used the opera song at the very beginning MUCH more, it's so beautiful.

I'm in agreement with the general consensus - this collection is the best Galliano has done in years. The amazing usage of colors makes the dresses pop from a distance, and the ornate detailing and construction overwhelms you up close.

I didn't care for the interlude of black armor-like dresses - they seemed out of place amidst so much color. And at times I felt the headpieces were too distracting. I'm on the fence about the shoes - I felt that they gave the dresses a bit of a modern edge, yet they also had an air of tackiness about them.

I generally liked the soundtrack, although there were some odd choices (ahem, Celine Dion?), and the set was simple, yet fitting. Overall, a fantastic job by Galliano. I only hope his F/W 07 collection is as inspired as this.
