Christian Dior S/S 2025 Paris

My thoughts are with the clients that need to spend tomorrow their money in the showroom  what the hell are they going to buy? Lmao

Also, going to Paris to see this sh!t… I have no words, even if it has been a miracle sales wise, I still can’t believe this woman has been at the helm of such a house creating these terrible collections year after year for almost a decade. 😷

It’s just lazy. A whole black and white summer collection…with once again, the corny sentences… still! After 8 years. Gimme a rest.

It's all in the accessories. Remember that she's the one behind Fendi's Baguette and that she single-handedly saved Valentino with the Rockstud.

She's a CEO's dream. Predictable, consistent, and safe. She'll give them an inoffensive 7/10 commercial dishwater collection every single time. It sells and it keeps on selling.

Autopilot queen.
Exacly, shes perfect for the current state of the industry which is unpredictable and risky and driven by a global market with different demands. A more neutral perspective is less risky. Am surprised that Adidas hasnt sue3d for those stripes. Ironically people look good in Dior on the red carpet and at events, I wonder if its the styling and presenting on models that look too young.

The commentary on these posts is just as bad as it is here, it's good to know the mediocrity and laziness of this collection did not go unnoticed by everyone else :

Everyone has been complaining about her since her debut 8 years ago. This isn't new.

Err...Mary Grace Jones? We had enough with Kim and his collabs, to have to suffer a fake-Adidas/Dior collab here too!

Also...what in Dior are those Westwood 70s bondage pieces doing here??

Where do we start? This collection makes the MISSDIOR mess looks like a 10. She is so literal that when I read archery, I already what this would look like. And she does love making those ugly flat hybrid boots. I don't know why. And people look bad in them. Poor Natalie Portman looks like a child in a robinhood costume.

I feel like she has enough hits that they allow her to make ugly stuff for her own sake. She always manage to look like the most boring corporate C-suite level. So yeah, new season, new ugly bags, shoes and mini dresses. God know she loves making them.

i mean... lmaooo. i can't take this seriously. at the end of the day, she makes clothes for who buys her clothes - and that's all that matters to lvmh. they don't care this doesn't make a lick of sense to the essence of dior, so why should i anymore? they are letting her do whatever she wants to do - things that should be done under her name and her name alone, but anh, they keep her here smh. my expectation has been sufficiently trained to expect that bare repetitive minimum from her and that's what we got, except this time flavored with archery lolll.

i guess the paris olympics really inspired her or something iono lol

equestrian, archery, is shooting or tennis gonna be next? maybe dior should make a play to sponsor sports stars. i think iga or rybakina would look good in some dior kits.

Liked the bags.

Said it last few seasons, will say it again, Maria Grazia Chiuri needs to go.

It's making me cry to see how far Dior has fallen, and she hasn't even accomplished Dior's legacy which was to make women feel good in their dresses. She has destroyed the legacy of Dior this looks like DKNY or some prom dresses sold at your local store...I hope she retires soon, because her ready to wear sucks and couture is even worse. She has 0 creativity.
