My favorite trick is to use Foot Pedals Sole Stoppers and the tape (in Laureen's post above) on top. It works like a charm for me! Of course shoes should be new so the stick is more powerful.

Thanks for the advice..I'm thinking of buying some red soles from ebay, but I'm not sure..I used some black anti slip ones on my first pair..yeah yeah shame on me for covering up the red signature look but whatever^^

I also put some black rubber soles on my bang bang boots - but at least now I can wear them in the right season - they are boots after all!
