i wish i could afford a pair of louboutin's =(

yeah me too, they are such a piece of art!. but in fact, even if i save, i know i can, or as simple as having the money to buy them right now, the just dont match my lifestyle. im running all day long, from school to my place, to the fabric shop, dinner, my bf etc etc. and my social life is pretty relaxed for me to step out in gorgeous Louboutins to the movies. I dont have a car so i walk everywhere, can you imagine me with my precious shoes walking all day long? or even at school, since to get to the inside you have to pass thru the parking lot full of pebbles with a 600dlls stiletto? mission impossible id say...they would be just sitting at my closet for me to look at them.

Great (and fashionable) minds think alike! Black boots are on my list for autumn, too. Although I'm leaning towards getting a lowered heel black boot and also getting a stiletto bootie, I love the tall, high boots you pictured, kimair and am curious, too, as to how they fit.

I also like the pictured look of the low-heel Nubuck boots named Diane, but wonder how that heel and the boot height on the leg will look when worn. Anyone seen them in real life or tried them on?

sayrah, thanks for posting those. I have never seen them before but they come pretty close to what I have in mind buying for fall. I want a pair of black boots (preferably suede) and with a lower heel. Apart from that I also need another pair of dressier boots with a higher heel. I kinda like the ones kimair posted too.

kimair I own the knee high boots :] the heel is pretty high, but, well, it's louboutin! they're very simple and versatile you have to go try them on!

Im aware of that. i mean theyre expensive but not that much to think of them as something i couldnt buy in a lifetime. Ive seen great prices on ebay as well. They just dont fit me right now, they represent the lifestyle id like to have not so much the one i have right now as a full time fashion student. Oh but theyll be just perfect after graduate Anyway, thanks for the nice advice

Aww, I'm sorry this happened to her! The Sometimes never came in black patent, so those are definitely fake. The seller has sold some other fake CLs as well. It does say she accepts returns, so maybe the girl will get a refund without too much trouble. Good luck!

Couldn't agree with you more Velony... also suggest to your friend to have any 'questionable' auctions authenticated through tFS or tPF. Our community family is really well versed as to authenticity.... there was a similar 'fake spotting' in the Manolo thread. I too have purchased fabulous authentic items off of eBay...just have to do your homework and lastly if the price is TOO good to be true... probably is

Red dilemma

My Passementerie arrived (they are amazing!) and I am torn between whether I should keep them or the red Mouche/Ambrosina that I got not long ago? I don't think I can justify both at these prices and I wasn't supposed to be buying anything anyway right now with the upcoming nuptials but couldn't resist these. They are so me! The Passementerie were seriously tight out of the box but I have been painfully wearing them with socks for a lil while and it has definitely helped. Would be better with wet socks but don't want to ruin in case I decided to return. The red satin will run. I also have a lower heel red satin with a sparkly brooch on the toe by Pedro Garcia but need to keep a lower heel red satin for when I can't deal with nearly 5 inches.

I'm also kind of torn over the silver Sometimes and white Roditas that I haven't worn yet if I need to part with something else.

But one will need to go if I am keeping these. Any suggestions?

Excuse the pet hair I need to get offline and go vacuum.
