Christophe Lemaire gave his timeless uniform a slightly tropical twist for spring. Blackwashed cotton sets, inspired by the Vietcong, included a V-necked short-sleeved shirt with a military pocket and roomy cropped pants. These complemented retro-flavored tailoring, including Fifties-style pleated pants and a suit made from vintage Japanese checked wool.

Those trench coats sent such a chill up my spine. So easy and approachable. Totally fuss free dressing. Impossibly chic.

Nice boxy jackets, even the big pleats normally unflattering looks nice. And the somewhat sad mood makes the clothes even more romantic
