old pap pics of christy & gwyneth paltrow

from december 2004 - from visions of gwyneth. anyone know if she's had her second baby yet?
Also - does anyone by chance have the spread of christy's New York townhouse that was in Instyle a few years ago? I'm also dying to see the 24 hours with christy turlington that was in harper's bazaar a couple years back.

she's seriously one of the most amazingly, down to earth beautiful women in the world.ever.she just radiates!!

i read that michael gross book about models, can't remember the title.there was a lot with christy in there...one part where she cuts her hair on a shoot and then calvin klein(during her exclusive contract period) calls her up for work the next week or something, she wasn't supposed to alter her appearence without his consent..and she's UH OH!!! also about her relationship with linda.interesting.

I couldn't agree more. As far as pure style, I think Christiy Turlington is in the same league with Jackie Kennedy and Grace Kelley, but in the area of pure spirituality, I think she is pushing the envelope as much as any woman alive. Over the last one hundred years, there have been some remarkably beautiful women. The great Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova set standards of humanity, style, and grace that no one has exceeded, even to this day. But Christy is definitely in the ballpark. Plus, as you say, she seems very down to earth and funny. And now she's a wonderful mother. I love the plastic cover on her baby's carriage. What a lucky kid.

I agree with you, GB.
But I would give anything to see her with her old friends the Trinity(her,Naomi & Linda) instead of Gwen or whoever else she's adopted:lol:. Photo Credits:scanned by me(1990) & Regan Cameron(2000)

I understand. But New York is a small place. She's never really very far away. And I'm sure she's always available for her buddies. But look at it this way. Her husband is a filmmaker. Who knows what new and creative synergies might be possible between film and fashion. Personally, I think it's time for a revolution. And it may already be happening.

Naturally, Christy would want to be at the cutting edge. :flower:

Hey, there's no one really "like her". She's truly a unique individual and one of the most beautiful women in the history of the world. Besides, she's a mother now. Nothing stays the same. I don't think she's disappeared, though. We'll see more of her. I predict it will be in area of transcendent spirituality and beauty. She's really into yoga, and it's a natural fit for her. We had a lady here in Houston who was like that, only her primary interests were spirituality and art. Her name was Dominique de Menil, and she created, not only the Menil Museum, which is incredible, but also the Rothko Chapel which basically deals with the idea that spirituality is universal and accessible by all human beings. She lived until she was 89 years old and never lost her transcendant spiritual beauty. I can see Christy living a life like that.

She's magic in a way that few women are. :magic:

Thanks, after like 1997 I didn't love his ads much, they were good but not like before IMO. Christy is Supreme for Calvin ads, she is the best representative for the brand.
