cigarettes & coffee

I quite like it, but the name sounds irritating...I mean I have nothing against coffee and cigarettes , but it's "too used" and just reminds me of Jarmusch's film.

Ah, cigarettes and coffee. The champion's breakfast!

My usual breakfast, keeps me going for hours! ;)

But if thruth be told I usually pick up some fruit and soy yughurt on my way to the office... :p

Anyway, I wouldn't really find this too exciting if it wasn't for the fact that it appears to be very well-made. The fabrics look good, the seams look good... And I absolutely love uniform/workwear references when they are executed well.

When I went to school learning tailoring we were told that Japanese tailoring/manufacturing is top notch, and I haven't seen anything that contradicts that statement...

Gotta love the Japanese, they have an eye for quality and solid execution.

(Whitelinen I agree about the name...slightly embarassing...:ninja: )

i really don't understand the appeal of this line...? it looks really average and generic to me, yet people on here whose opinions i really respect seem to love it. maybe someone can explain to me what i am missing...?

this is really an uniform line by the man behind (N)umber Nine.
it basically caters to corporations.
I guess it's every little idea within relatively narrow room for design that appeals to some people.

they can seem to accept your requests design-wise even though whether they do it depends on what you want to do.
maybe it's mainly just the color, print, or material etc and it must be a large order.

you're welcome Melisande omedeto for the 600th
apparently they have no stores right now.
you can get it only from the website.
in the course of time they might sell it in stores though.
on the order form, it says you have to fill out the orange-marked boxes
so if you wear this stuff personally, you write kojin in the box saying tenpo/hojinmei.
about the name, isn't it the image of ippuku during kyukei jikan?

i like the webpage for it, their pictures are nicely done as well to give it that tone.
