I don't ever really mind when models are smoking in pictures. For one thing, it doesn't mean that they smoke in real life. Also I think it often adds something to the shot itself, even if you personally don't find smoking sexy. Who are we to pass judgment on a photographer's vision for his/her art?

Also, I love the spread. Especially the second picture, as well.
