She was definitely a stellar choice for this issue. I'm glad that she does stand out from the other girls, and hope she is asked to photograph for them again in the future. Some of the regulars need to go. And hopefully she might be the first redhead on a cover. I'd freak out for her. Instead, I'll be happy she's in this issue...and hope someone gets a copy and scans it soon.

ps: i hate the fact that they airbrushed her tattoo off (the one on her arm), i don't really like it, but i've gotten so used to it and i feel like they should've kept it. It's like her signature now i feel.

What was your reaction to getting into the Swimsuit Issue?
I was very happy and excited! SI is an amazing magazine. It has been around for a while, and it's so great for my career!

In all honesty, is modeling really that hard?
It was harder in the beginning because I was far away from my family, but after a while you get used to it. Now, I love traveling all over the world, and if I wasn't a model, I know it would never be possible for me to visit so many different places, meet so many people and learn so much. Of course, there is a lot of work involved, I always have to sacrifice a lot of things in my life in order to look great all the time, but it is worth it. I love what I do!

At what point in your career do you know you've made it?
Despite having achieved a lot of things in this business and evolved in my career, I still think I have a long way to go. This job for SI was an important step in this process, but I believe there are always new things to learn from this business.

Happiness is...
Being with people that I love and enjoying life as much as I can!

If you could change one thing in the past year, what would it be?
I wouldn't change anything. I am very happy with everything that happened last year; nothing is by chance

What makes you feel sexy?
I feel sexy when I feel good about myself.

Who is your dream guy?
A man with strong character.

Do real guys have a shot?
Of course! What matters for me is if the guy has character and sense of humor.

How much attention do you pay to nutrition and exercise, or is it all natural?
I always have to pay attention to exercise and nutrition. I am always exercising at the gym, doing massages and riding my bike at the Central Park. Having balanced nutrition is also very important to keep my body in shape and healthy.

If you had to play matchmaker for a day, what celebrities would you pair up?
Johnny Depp and Scarlett Johansson for sure!

What meal do you miss from home?
Brazilian BBQ

Every girl has her dating checklist. What are your top three deal breakers when dating?
I don't like guys who are late, don't have a sense of humor and are not being polite.

What is your most memorable first?
The first time I was photographed by Steven Meisel.

Cameron Diaz, but I don't think so.
