Well to be honest, it's not like Cintia was doing much high fashion recently anyway. Her last high fashion campaign was what - Tom Ford eyewear? That was SS08. And besides the most recent May Vogue Italia appearance, when was the last time she was in any Vogue? Or did a full runway season? I don't think a VS contract at this point really hurts her career, especially after she did Sports Illustrated. Unless her bookers are planning a big high fashion comeback a la Anne V.

she's always had, might i say, amazing boobs. I dont believe for a second she had them done, at all.

Well, she has already worked for VS. "VS Pink" primarily. And it was not too depressing .

She has not yet been in a VS show, but was contracted for some shoots. You can find her VS photos in this thread. One example:
