seriously - i think it's criminally absurd that she's not a massive superstar. and that high fashion hasn't embraced her whatsoever. she has such unique features.

High fashion didn't embrace Cintia, so she decided to switch to acting (she's now in a telenovela on Brazil's television behemoth, Globo). That, and Hope lingerie campaigns.
Speaking of that, my local Hope store has a massive picture of Cintia right when you walk into it (and I believe many of their stores have it as well).

i wonder if Cintia will go to castings again this year for VSFS ... or if she's just given up on it.

i can't think of a single other model whom they've chosen not to cast, whom i feel is such a no brainer casting choice. she is gorgeous, she is unique looking, her body is ridiculously perfect, she has a great walk. i will NEVER understand why she's not been cast.

If I were her I'd give up and send Ed, Monica, John, and Sophia a giant F U for their loss. This girl has some truly beautiful features. I remember the casting video for either the 2008 or 2009 show where she's wearing blue lingerie and I thought for sure she'd be cast, but alas a big disappointment.
