Oh, I LOVE THAT OUTFIT! I was looking at her pictures from 2007 just yesterday and I was all sad thinking "Why can't she still be so chic?". It reminds me of that black cropped leather jacket she wore some years ago. Her make up has become more "american"/mainstream, though. She used to have such amazing/unique make up. At least during the Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire promos. She wore very warm tones around her eyes. An impossible look to pull off, but she did it.

I hate the previous plaid-disaster-red-lipstick-bad-hair outfit however:/
