^Click on the YouTube button in the reply box, and between the [ YOUTUBE ] and [ /YOUTUBE ] (Spaceless, of course) that subsequently appears, put only this bolded part (The ID) of the video's URL:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=os2mREoAGfE

So what should show up in the reply field would be:

[ YOUTUBE ]os2mREoAGfE[ /YOUTUBE ]
(Again, without the spaces)
