Cottage Cheese?

I used to eat cottage cheese all the time, but not it's been a while since I've had some...maybe this thread will change that

Cottage cheese with pepper and herbs is heaven! Or mixed with strawberries or in soups, on pizza and salads... Basically, it's the most amazing food ever and it totally deserves it's own thread.

BTW, there's a dish (consits mostly of cottage cheese) that I sometimes cook for breakfast - "Syrniki". It's popular in almost all ex-Soviet countries.

I love cottage cheese! Actually ate a good portion earlier. I just sprinkle salt and pepper in mine. Voila.
