Does anyone have scans of Crystal in the August 2005 issue of Vogue Paris?

This is the description of the editorial that I read:

La belle Américaine – Crystal Renn models in an 8-page layout inspired by theHollywood heroines of the 1920s and the New York pop scene of the 80s celebrating the voluptuous female. Photography, Patrick Demarchelier.

From what I gather, the editorial included these two pictures:

I have that issue with her Leslie Kee edit.

And was Crystal in the 2004 Vogue Italia ed with Lisa Cant?From those shots it looks like it came from that issue, the one with the cover of Lisa holding a yellow ball or something.
