Sheila says here that she shot a D&G campaign with Testino in Paris, on a boat, so this should be it. Perhaps she'll pull an Eva Arlauskaite and only appear in one of the ads, semi-hidden in the background

The right side isn't too bad, it'd work as a single-page ad, if better balanced. But it's a terrible shot of Elsa, Zuzana looks like she just saw a ghost, and Karmen appears ready to throw that clutch overboard.
