With an ear-piece in, wearing a suit and dark sunglasses and protectively escorting an A-list actress through the crowd, Daniel Craig could have easily passed for a bodyguard.
In fact, the actor was just in character as James Bond when his wife Rachel Weisz paid him a visit on set.
The couple are in Istanbul, where Craig, 44, is filming the latest 007 installment, Skyfall.
Still wearing the sharp grey suit and ear-piece he had on to film scenes in a Turkish market, the actor held Rachel's hand as he guided her back to his trailer during a break.
Miss Weisz, 42, went low-key to visit her husband at work, wearing a jacket and jeans, and hiding her face beneath a flat cap.
Earlier in the day, Craig was spotted in action during a chase scene through the market.
The 23rd Bond film will see 007's loyalty to MI6 head M (Dame Judi Dench) challenged when he finds out secrets from her past.
He also experiences a 'combination of lassitude, boredom, depression [and] difficulty with what he's chosen to do for a living'.
Speaking to Collider, director Sam Mendes said the film would delve deeper into Bond's relationship with M.
He said: 'We've gone further into their relationship... I thought it was a master stroke when they cast Judi (Dench) way back... because the character... became this female figure, there was a maternal aspect to it.
'There was much more complexity in the relationship and I think we've taken that a little further.
'Judi, to me, is one of the great actors of the English-speaking world and so it's a question of... what can we give her that will take her to another level we've never seen her before?'
Playing the villain is Spanish actor Javier Bardem, whose character Raoul Silva has been described as 'more than a villain'.
The upcoming film stars French actress Bérénice Marlohe and Brit star Naomie Harris.
Marlohe plays the 'glamorous and enigmatic' Sévérine, while Harris plays a field agent called Eve.
