Daniel Jackson - Photographer

ChrissyM said:
i like the way he captured movement in that last set you posted alien...

i prefer the colored images over the black & whites.. the fact that they were shot outdoors and not in a studio probably has a lot to do with that.. but i really like the two images of the girl in mid-air (the 3rd and 6th)

thanks for keeping this thread stocked with images :flower:

we all love him. more! I ask more! (but it's pretty hard to find some work of him as some Daniel Jackson are pretty famous. i don't know them)

alastair mckimm and daniel jackson are a combo or what
love daniel jackson's photos, like Chrissy said, love the way he captures movement

We really need to get some more images of this man. He's amazing. His website just stalls with his name in the center... nothing happens after that. Maybe it's still under construction.

^he shot a whole bunch of terrific images for the latest issue of Acne Paper Sweden. you should have a look :flower:

Yeah man, I know! That's what prompted me to this thread. As someone said before, there's a lot of his work posted at mapltd.com (they manage Vanina too). You should all have a look at the site.
Thanks for the tip, though :flower:.

Such a pity that he's underrated because his photography is SO interesting

He's hardly under rated. Editorially he is doing very well for himself. He's only 30 after all. The campaigns will surely come.

post #26 is beyond beautiful ! the lighting is just magical

I have to agree his use of lighting is second to none:heart: and another very short thread:shock:
