Dan Radcliffe set to co-host 'Live! With Kelly'

The Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is scheduled to co-host the daytime talk show Live! With Kelly on Tuesday, January 31st on the television network ABC.

Dan will be heavily involved in the promotions for his new thriller movie The Woman in Black, which opens in theaters on February 10th, but he will joining Kelly Ripa as a special guest host for the show. Kelly has had to host the show with a wide variety of "guest hosts" since the original host Regis Philbin retired on November 18th of last year.

Daniel Radcliffe premieres his new movie The Woman in Black on Thursday (January 19) in Munich, Germany at Hotel Bayerischer Hof.
The 22-year-old British actor, who hosted Saturday Night Live last weekend, defended the episode’s musical guest Lana Del Rey.
“It was unfortunate that people seemed to turn on her so quickly,” Daniel said at the BAFTA awards nominations.
“I also think people are making it about things other than the performance,” he continued. “If you read what people are saying about her online, it’s all about her past and her family, and stuff that’s nobody else’s business.”
Daniel is set to co-host Live! With Kelly January 31. Along with host, Kelly Ripa, he will interview The Vow‘s Rachel McAdams.

Dan looks lovely in that burnt orange color... seems a bit unusual to see on a guy but I love it. Also, I really think he's handling the whole Lana Del Ray situation which such class.

Earlier in the day, the 22-year-old actor visited Much Music’s New.Music.Live to promote the flick.
“I’m aware that I have this very excitable — somebody said ‘almost puppy-like energy’ about me…(My character) is somebody who’s just been emotionally paralyzed, so you don’t want people to describe him as bubbly — or puppy-like, indeed” Daniel explained to a Canadian newspaper about his character in the film. “So that’s something I worked quite hard on, to kind of deaden my own natural energy.”
