He’s been having a blast in Australia this week, and on Thursday (August 25) Taylor Lautner was spotted at Sydney International Airport.
The “Breaking Dawn” stud looked to be in good spirits as he ran into a lovely Aussie fan and posed for a picture - with his admirer also giving him a hug and a kangaroo toy to help him remember the occasion.
Mr. Lautner has been in full-on promotional mode as his new movie “Abduction” has been making its global rounds as of late.
Also starring the beautiful Lily Collins, “Abduction” is scheduled to hit theaters Stateside on September 23rd.
Making the long trek home from Australia, Taylor Lautner was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport today (August 25).
The “Twilight” stud looked handsome in a navy blue t-shirt with distressed jeans and aviator sunglasses as he strolled out of the terminal.
Taylor was busy in the land down under promoting his new movie “Abduction,” scheduled for theatrical release next month.
And it sounds like Mr. Lautner is already being courted for another flick- director Simon West has added Taylor’s name to his wish list for the upcoming sequel “The Expendables 2.”
"I finished high school while filming movies. And then as soon as I was done, I enrolled in my local community college and got 12-15 credits out of the way really quickly. After that, it just got too busy, but if I get a break again, going back definitely interests me—I might be interested in studying psychology."
"Abduction was super-physical for me. I'd never boxed before, so I had to train for a couple of months. The last time I wrestled was when I was six years old, so I had to work on that. And then there was the motorcycle training. I rode a few dirt bikes in New Moon and Eclipse, but in Abduction, it was a legit street racing bike. And I'm not the biggest motorcycle fan—they're cool and a lot of fun, but they're scary as well!"
"I like to have fun, but I don't think of myself as being funny. But I'm a big jokester, so I make fun of myself a lot!"
"I would totally be there for a girl friend, to giver her a guy's perspective [on relationships], which I'm sure would be completely different from a girl's perspective. So it would probably end up confusing for her anyway. Maybe it's a good thing that my girl friends haven't asked me for too much advice...[laughs]"
"It's important to work through things in a relationship. You can't just give up because you're frustrated. It's most important to talk things through together. And that, for me, has been the way I've best resolved problems in the past."
"I still live with my family, but the great thing is that I'm not the guy who likes to go out so much. I don't really find that whole world intriguing. So the most I'll do is either have friends over or go to a friend's house."
"I'm a big fan of all those singing competition shows. Most recently, I've been into The Voice. It's one of my secrets! And I'm definitely looking forward to The X Factor, especially because I'm a huge Simon Cowell fan. Personally, I sing for fun, but mainly in the shower, when I'm alone. Other people definitely do not want to hear me sing."
"I can definitely relate to Jacob's feelings in Breaking Dawn. When he gets the invitation to the wedding, he doesn't handle it very well. And I don't think I would either. If I were in love with a girl and she told me she was marrying somebody else, that would crush me. And that's what it does. It destroys Jacob."
"I have a football with me a lot on set. It's comforting to me, even if that sounds really weird. I'm always carrying a football and playing catch with the cast and crew. Because when I'm at home, I'm always throwing it with my friends and family!"
