And I ain't gonna lie and Top 10 is still very nice and she deserves.

that will serve for Daphne has so many haters which I don't get she is skyrocketing with blue chip campaigns and she has even surapassed Jac in a short time The only I could think of that has done what she has done covers, prints , blue chip campaigns would her being close to what Gemma achieved in her earlier years

I am happy she is getting all these but I feel Daphne needs more recognition

Yes I agree, please stop talking about the top 10 until she is in it. But I want to say this last thing about it: let's not forget Lindsay W got mutiple frangances campaigns (Jill Stuart, Versace) and did MiuMiu OG) and Jac (excl. CK for two seasons) and now Jill Stuart OG, Chanel beauty, YSL fragance, so no, i don't think she is past Jac and Lindsay is also like 16.
Daphne time will come to speed in the top 10, just not now.
But let's just be happy with the big wor"k she got and how she is ROCKING it! Will there be a ed also?!

Lindsey didn't achieve that much in her peak, look at Wixson now she doesn't even have any confirmed campaigns, she passed her peak while Daphne just keeps rising while yes I agree Jac still has Campaigns in her Belt but Daphne blows Jac in Editorials and Magazine Covers bookings , Jac I think has no magazine covers this year while Daphne since January had Vogue Paris and so on.

I do agree Daphne is underrated
even with her delicate and perfect face and features

Daphne, if anything, isn't underrated. And as for the comparisons with Jac... I feel Jac is streets ahead of Daphne. Don't forget Jac has the Chanel beauty contract and the YSL fragrance. Beauty and Fragrance campaigns pay much, much more than editorials (which don't pay much, if anything) or campaigns (again, these pay less than fragrance and beauty eds).

The biggest advantage which I feel Jac has is that she her look is more mainstream than Daphne's, which means when she is old enough, many more avenues will open. I my be wrong, of course, but one of the main reasons which has contributed to Daphne's success is her resemblance to Lara Stone. That, and because the unconventional look is in, ushered by Lara Stone again, and models like Lindsey and Daphne are riding on this wave. But Lara Stone is the exception, not the norm, and this wave, quite like the 'doll-face/alien' wave riding which models like Gemma and Vlada and Lily D and Lily Cole achieved success will ebb, and only time will tell whether Daphne was merely an ephemeral fad or if her career will have any semblance of longevity a la Daria's and Natalia's.

C'mon guys.. Sorry but now, I don't think that her success is due to her "ressemblance" with Stone.
Maybe during a moment that helped her but people have to stop today and I don't know why they still wannba link her to Lara.

Daphne is Daphne and Lara is Lara.

Also, okae Jac got Chanel and YSL good for her.

Well it's said by Carine that she wanted Daphne because she looks like Lara and that certainly helped at that point, however Daphne has a strong look to stand on her own feet and she has proven that.

The stanning for Daphne's career success in this thread is getting ridiculous. And trying to constantly compare her career with Jac's is rather silly; they have virtually nothing in common apart from their young ages. Their completely different looks mean that they could hardly be classified as being in direct competition with each other. If you really think it is worth sussing out the competition, look for blonde, big-lipped girls with soft features. I think this sort of thing is better suited to the model combat thread, or something of the sort. Daphne alone should be the focus of this thread.

I spotted this one like two months ago in Oberhause. But I thought that it was already out and everybody knows she was in it to lol.
It looks better in at a big carton, youknow, they put a big carton with the campaign next to the models to promote the fragance.

And yeah she does look like Lara's little sister, my first thought also when i saw it in Oberhause.
