Daphne has such a strong look that its sure to divide some people...better than boring)

I agree as well. In a few years, when she's more womanly and better proportioned and knows how to carry herself and take advantage of her unique features, I think she will look totally amazing and jaw-droppingly stunning. Right now, she looks like a (very beautiful) little girl playing dress-ups in mummy's clothes and make-up. Her youth and underdeveloped body is very apparent on the runway, whereas, in photos, it can be disguised better.

I think her career is a case of too much too soon, which doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't have the the mental maturity. It just means she doesn't look like she belongs with the rest of the models who wear adult clothes for a living, despite the fact that she may be 15 and that there are other 15 year olds working as models as well.

Agree with most of it. I can understand why people think her face is too much and I don't understand why people have a problem when someone feels that way, I find her face also to much and it took some time for me to get her look. I leally liked her on Dior, but at Chanel with the clean make up and the close up with the other models it's obvious that this is just a littile gil, for me she looked like a 10years old. She could not pull it off.

But Ghostwerld, Jac, unphotogenic? Uhm, where you from? She can almost pull everything off and has a great body and lovely face.
Yes Daphne is different and has a unique look that's why she is in, but what from 2 years from now? I think Jac will stay longer on the top cause she is classic, beautiful and can pull every make up and clothes off without looking like a little child, drag queen etc.. And Daphne at this point certainly isn't and can't.

dont too be to harsh on daphne, I wouldnt be urprised if she is reading her threads like most young models

Daphne You are Gorgeous and I think you will even stay longer than Jac
you have the support of the designers, your unique, VP loves you !
 
Yes she is and so is her mother agent.
She isn't the only model that get critism on the FS and not everybody can love you, but I don't think this is harsh on her, this is a subjective opion on each of us.

And yes she has now the support, which is great for her, but I've to see it in two years. It's like Heid Klum pn Project Catwalk said: In fashion one day you're in and the next you're out :P
 
Haha yes!! on Project Runway :P and in my opinion and criticism ;) My writingskills in English are terrible.
Anyway i wish Daphne the best :flower:

Aww I find Daphne to be sooo beautiful. Different people different tastes I guess. Umm what did they do to her eyebrows? It looks like they were shaven clear off...

Weird, one of a kind... lovely :heart:
ugly(my opinion) and weird in a pretty way
and very successfull at young age.
