^^Haven't you ever heard of models and agencies lying about a girls age?

Her motheragent confirmed also. What the point about lying for such a young girl? Even she is 16 or almost 16 in december.
BTW. that is because there are different sources about her age also she can easily go for 15 (do not want to insult Daphne). Also lot of models that are still in school aren't walking a whole season (even if they are 17 like Nimue Smit). I believe Bregje Heinen is also in school. So I think you can't go by only that.

But i found a video where she said she is 16She is soooooo cute at the video! May have already been posted, but at least know everyone knows (if there was any doubt) that she is 16.

The answers she gave in that video are so automatic and cliché that I wouldn't be surprised she was told to lie about her age. Favourite designer? Prada, whom happens to cast new faces. Favourite model? Doutzen, and both from Holland. What a coincidence.
For me this video reinforces her immaturity some of you have mentioned. Her responses seemed so unauthentic and robotic. Personally, I quite like her look. And her look is very quintessentially Givenchy, and very Vogue Paris. I think she suits both brands really well. But for me, those brands are more synonymous with older, confident, sexy girls, not someone under 17. In a blank expression polaroid Daphne has the potential to look 18 or something a lot older, but on the runway and in photos her immaturity and innocence really comes through. I think she really should have waited till she's a little older and more experienced.
I tell you she's going to be 16 for three years.

Sure she can lie about her age, I think we can go on for 16 pages about her age..And uhmm.. Lot of Dutchies has as rolmodel Doutzen also because she is Hollands topmodel for the Dutch press etc. and also everyone loves Prada. Soooo.. i'll tell you she is 15 and will be in december 16 or she is 16. Well we know in a few days cause then i can ask
Do you know her agent or something Forrest? I don't think it really matters about her age, as long as she dosen't do S magazine or something it's all fine. Not eveyone loves Parda.

Wow.. I just went through everything, she kinda caught my eye when I started seeing her at all of the big shows.. quite the start.
I can't decide what to think of her. Her face bothers me and sometimes she looks like a baby to me and then I get the feeling she's just a really young girl who's hungry for big fame.
But then I see certain sides of her and she's totally fabulous and special.
She isn't my type but she's drawn me in.. like crazy.
