Not necessarily fashion focused but Rihanna just got sued by LaChapelle for copying many of his visuals in her video for S&M.

Oh, so he eventually sued her? I only remember reading that his fans were accusing her of copying his ideas.. curious to see what's next.

Yeah he's seeking over $4 million in damages as well as attorney fees and costs of the lawsuit, the court papers have leaked out, you can read them here , but yeah it's going to be interesting, although I presume they'll eventually settle out of court like Madonna did with the Guy Bourdin estate over her Hollywood video
