That I am not sure of. Softgrey?
to be honest...my book collection is rather bare...i would rather buy clothes than pictures of clothes...so i don't really know...
but my guess would be yes...i know there are several books, but i don't know specifics...
wish i could help more... :flower:
if anyone finds out...please post in in the roversi thread..i'd like to know myself...thx...

RE: just wanted to point out that the pics luvkoshi posted are NOT by deborah turbeville...to avoid confusion...

2-?
3-david la chapelle

THE SECOND PIC is by denis piel http://www.staleywise.com/collection/piel/denis_piel.html

p.s. I saw a Deborah Turbeville photo in one of my mags last month, Elle 0r Vogue or Bazaar? It caught my eye, because of this post. Y'all are so hip! I buy like 30 mags a month, so god knows which it was...

She is so amazing! While I was looking for something else I came across her agencies site: www.marekandassociates.com. I posted it w/ the photos at the bottom. Anyway, there are tons of great Turbeville photos there, including some from the book you mentioned. Have fun looking!!! :flower:

Also, be sure to look under all the catagories of her work, not just fashion. That's how I found the theatrics spread.

"Deborah was born in Massachusetts and raised in New England. When she was twenty years old she moved to New York to work with the designer Claire McCardell. Deborah became a fashion editor and then realized that her heart was in photography and has been taking photos ever since. Turbeville divides her time between New York and Mexico and recently she has been spending a great deal of time in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2002 she received a Fullbright scholarship for a lecture series in Photography at the Baltic School of photography. This coming year she will be teaching at the Smolney Institut, also in St. Petersburg on behalf of Bard College."
