Decleor - Skin Care Line

I love Decleor but be warned, essential oils are not for everyone. The sensitive skin line is called Angelique. The Ylang Ylang is for oily, blemish prone skin.

The Essential Balm is good overnight balm to regulate your skin with.

ETA: Beware of Strawberry.net. Decleor has expiration dates on the bottom and straberry sells old stock

Thanks for the reply. I read a ton of the replies at MUA and it seems some ppl w/sensitive skin could use them and some couldn't. I'll have to find out where I can order some samples.

BTW, I had no idea that strawberry.net sold old sock! I buy my foundation from there, but it's always been fine. I'l be careful in the future though.

I was in the massive Sephora on Champs Elysees last week, and was mesmerized by the Decleor shelf... I really want to try some of the products, especially the night balms, but it's quite expensive and maybe too early for these products for a wee student such as myself. (they seem like they suit more mature skin for some reason?)
The products smell really wonderful too.
(Meanwhile I stick to Dr. Hauschka, Weleda, and Bioderma)

Essential Balm is really great, not for winter though...

Wow, I totally forgot about this thread and how much I wanted to try it. :)

Hmm, is there any place I can get samples?

I use their Ylang Ylang essential oil at night and it works like a charm. :)

Oh I want the starter set!!! Looks like it's just a Sephora thing though...
It's available at David Jones in Australia

The Angelique line is for dry skin. I have used Decleor Aromessence's in the past, the Neroli and the Rose, which is for sensitive skin. Also have used an anti-redness cream and a balm. I can use this line in the winter when my skin is extra dry, and I love the concept of massaging in (gently) the oils under a cream. Just have to be gentle with a facial massage if you're easily sensitive to vasodilation. But this is one of the oldest lines from France, very trusted and lots of loyal customers, they're really a beautiful line but just not for daily use for me because of how PURE their products are, all the essential oils can be too irritating all the time on the skin. I would like to give the Aromessence's a spot on my beauty shelf this winter. They have a new Brightening one.

I've used products by Decleor for many years now and I love their stuff.

My mom loves Decleor! She's using their products for few years now and is very content.
I'm not sure what line she's using, but it must be the line for mature skin

I love the Prolagene Gel which helps to accelerate the skin's renewal process. It makes my skin so radiant and smooth, and after using for a couple of months now, I can say that the blemishes (after zit marks) have significantly lightened. Also love the rose oil which is an anti-redness one too.

I'm going to get the Brightening toner when my Dermalogica multi-active toner finishes.

my mom loves decleor too!
the i really like the cleansing milk..it has a nice texture and scent, and is extremely gentle.
and the essential balm is really good too.
and one of the moisturizers..hydrafloral or something? i don't know exactly what it's called. if your skin is really dry, it's super moisturizing.

my favorite is the aroma sun tinted self tanning gel-cream. it is tinted and gives just the right amount of bronze, plus it's tinted so it gives really natural looking coverage. and it's moisturizing and spf 8. but i can't find it anywhere anymore. :(

my mom gets lots of free decleor samples from her hairstylist, so they are always lying around the house. I always grab a bunch of them whenever i visit!

I have tried almost the whole line (which was ideal fo rmy skin) their masks are one of the best you can get your hands on even their scrub. I liked their nigh balm but not too sure about the daytime cream since I think its abit greasy.

If they are pricey just to try, go into a department store and ask for samples. They will last you about 3-4days if used small amounts. Sometimes they give you more than one of what was asked for and a few different things to try. You dont have to buy anything if you ask for a smaple.

I love it! I have been using it a lot, I like to change my facial routine every now and then, so I am using Gatineau now. I have extremely dry skin and love Decleor's range for dry skin, these are very good products, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Haha, a year since last post in this thread! Funny.

But i just have to bump it up, i love their stuff. It saved my skin

I just ordered the Ylang Ylang Night Balm off of eBay. Has anyone tried this?
