Resident New Yorker, Denise Markey, is a connoisseur of the immaculate face. Her work with Steven sparked the interest of many, and soon she was the choice of leading fashion and beauty photographers including Patrick Demarchelier, Annie Leibovitz, Dominique Issermann and Richard Burbridge. Denise's beauty career soared to new heights when she was chosen as the creative director for Club Monaco cosmetics. This was the opportunity for Denise to tap into her artistic expertise, and create her ideal line of colors and formulas.
Her success continued to grow and today her work can be seen in beauty and fashion campaigns ranging from Revlon, Clinique, L' Oreal, Pantene, The Gap, and Victoria's Secret. She also remains a top choice to prestigious editorials including Vogue, Bazaar, Elle, Vanity Fair and Allure. Denise is known not only for her vast range as an artist, but also by her professionalism and character.
Her gracious manner contributes to a pleasant atmosphere on set and keeps her a favorite makeup artist of beauties such as Heidi Klum, Demi Moore, Karolina Kurkova, Katie Holmes and Linda Evangelista. Constantly growing and challenging her limits as an artist, Denise remains utterly inspired by her experience in the New York City fashion and beauty world.
