While I'm aware of that, I find it hard to believe that she wasn't of at least some influence/inspiration to Lee. When he could have chosen so many other models to work with, why would he consistently use her? They must have also had a very close relationship.

Amanda Sanchez has been a fit model for Karl at Chanel for more than 15 years and yet, i don't think we can say that she has been a muse....Despite the obvious close relationship.

I think that model Polina Kasina was definitely a muse for Lee. Basically a McQueen exclusive model, I can't think of anyone else who's walked more shows for the house (basically every show between FW05/SS06 - SS15). She also famously closed his Plato's Atlantis show in the iconic 'Neptune's Daughter' outfit and her close relationship with the house still stands today.

Yep, I guess this does depend on how you define a 'muse'. That said, I'm definitely not saying that figures like Isabella and Annabelle weren't muses to Lee as well.

A designer can have multiple muses (with varying degrees of influence of course), and I just strongly think that Polina falls into that category.
