As far as the ugly or beautiful question goes...I venture to say, she is truly a unique combination of features that simply make up who she is. And she acknowledges it herself. But she is at peace with it. And I also think that many make up stylists would strive to make "other worldly" shots to perhaps make their name, perhaps? I just got this photo today. I saw her in person a couple weeks ago. I was walking along the beach in Santa Monica and she walked right past me. She was wearing striped terry cloth shorts, a white tank, tennis, and listening to an iPod mini. I never realized she was so short! I'm 5'6, and she was shorter then I am. She's very pretty in person though, even when she's just taking a walk at the beach.

Help! I'm hoping that some of you dedicated Devon fans can answer this question. In the German edition of Elle Magazine, July 1996 - what was the the name of this 10 page editiorial spread? Photographer's name? I'm stumped and would really appreciate any knowledge on this editorial. Thanks!

I LOVE Devon Aoki. She is my favorite model of all time. I remember there's this one girl I had a crush on in freshman year of high school and they looked alike. Well not really but their expressions and the way they carry themselves are soo similar. She's full asian though. She's just gorgeous!
