One of my favs:Singer,tv,stage & movie actress...the resiliant beauty Ms.Diahann Carroll:flower:!

Omifan, thank you. I :heart:Ms. Carroll. In fact, I remember wearing a Julia Halloween costume when I was a kid, in the late 1960s. Yes, Mama1908 was a nurse, so it was cool to see a Black nurse on TV.

Ms. Carroll is definitely a pioneer. Very elegant woman, good singer of classy nightclub standards and an enjoyable actress.

Love,love this performance of her in the early/mid 60s with Sinatra & Dean Martin! Just fun,gorgeous,and charming here with the guys...plus she can really sing:flower:.
