and one more pic...a ripe madeleine carroll...picture show annual 1950
the fan ,after oscar wilde´s lady windermere´s fan.she plays the mother mrs erlynne...i saw 2 other versions of the play.the "modernized" version,a good woman, with scarlett johansson and helen hunt and then a german version with the great german star lil dagover.i liked them both ,even though i think that scarlett wasn´t really at her best in this film.but helen hunt managed the role quite well...would be interesting to see the version with miss carroll
