My Romanian is pretty bad, but I'll give it a shot (someone who is actually from Romania with extensive knowledge will come along shortly and put my translation to shame, I am sure

). And it seems Anna will tomorrow. Well in that case here's a really rough translation. I apologize in advance for butchering this quite beautiful language.
Diana Dondoe: The price of celebrity/fame is very expensive for those willing/accustomed/set in their ways to paying for it (???).
It figures/it falls on the fifth place in the Top 50 of models in the entire world. (This whole next sentence is jibberish to me; it seems to be talking about Diana herself and who she's worked for). She posed for presitigious calendar "Pirelli 2005", where there appear various (?) other celebrities, such as (?) Namoi Campbell or Adriana Lima. Who is Diana Donoe after she descends from the pedestal of presentor/presentation (my Romania is such a poetic language. It's very much lost in translation however
)? Does there exist one real secret to the profession of modelling, eventually to the miraculous point in which it confers credibility and attracts (very iffy, "sine ofertele marilor creatori de moda"; something about "creatures of trend"). "Ori acestea sunt mituri"? The lights of the ramp/catwalk and the applause from those around is the tribute? If yes, in what "consta acesta"? (contains this?).
Many people, that don't work in this sector, have the tendency to consider the profession of modelling (not sure about "drept", usually means "the right") something superficial ... From my impression, (sorry, little difficult for me; referring to something about the state of the profession)
The profession of modelling has nothing superficial (about it), I don't believe that it's possible to say from (the point of any) job/profession "what is superficial". In every workplace/sector exists (these kinds of) people and (those kinds of) people. Are models superficial? Are they dumb (lack of intelligence)? Are they uncultured? ... Everyone is free to believe what they want, but think/know that the majority are girls that enter this world are at a very young age. The trend, in general, is something superficial, (don't know "efermer"), I think that this is the defintion of (the time? Too difficult

). And everything/one, in this workplace are or were people like Helmut Newton, Miuccia Prada, Karl Lagerfeld, Irving Penn, etc ... People of their kind, together with models, create an artwork of this sector/work. (Little iffy here; "Profunzimea artei") ... is something subjective ...
Being a model means more and more "decat defilare (referring to catwalk I believe)" on the pedestal/podium. What qualities/qualifications, more so those of "ordin" (type?) psychological, (very iffy, basically -- What qualities does a girl needs in order to become a model of international accord)?
To be a model of international accord there is no one law of which (one follows in their single pursuit/road -- wrong translation, just the jist of it). The criteria is not hammered in stone (literally "nail", not stone, but it makes no sense in English), the standards of beauty change one season from the next. Characteristics/qualities psychological have a very large role; (this wreaks havoc on my brain) patience, very cynical in general (this HAS to be wrong), (relating to a girl taking the criticism of a photographer), (no idea

).
What is the rythm/process in preparation expected in your level (I think -- relating to Diana's professional level of modelling? What are the expectations placed on her/in general?). How do you perfect yourself in being even better in your sector/work?
There does not exist a process of preparation, if a girl has the potential from the very start. After ... it is but a question of determination (??? Has to be wrong). Some girls are in need of sport (to tone up I'm thinking), other don't, some are in need of cosmetic treatments (referring to make-up I think, not plastic surgery lol), others are in need of a good night's rest. (Not sure ... the last line is something like "there is never an absolute requirement for something like this").
What are some of the borrowed suggestions from other popular models/designers, ones which you folllowed or were important to you?
I've never asked "for advice" (sfaturi??? Totally not sure) from other popular models or designers. In the discussions that I've had with a diverse amount of people, the single think that was always debated was "Ramaneti naturale" (second word is obvious, first word ... the remainder??? May to relate to ancestry). I think that all women/girls are beautiful, everyone in their own unique way.
Do there exist certain "critera/requirements/expectations" (not sure about "exigente") asked from a model, which differs from one creator to another (from the ones with which you've worked)? What are they?
Each designer or photographer have a different vision. A model interprets the diverse persons/people/personalities (not sure "de-a lungul carierei sale"), one is a sort of actor ...
What does the life of a model look like when "the lights go out"? (After hours -- when not in the spotlight).
Depends ... Mine is very normal ... when the lights go out, you become a bit like the little girl that left home a long time ago (wow, very prolific).
What are some of the sacrifices you made to arrive where you are today?
I would not name the sacrifices, I would more want to name the decisions (I made). I started a journey/path and I was all the time aware of what needed to be done and what I could not do anymore and what I needed to stop doing. I left home, I left my friends, I renounced school ... I was always careful (not sure ... I think she says she was careful that these decisions were never "absolute" or "unchangable", but I am not sure).
What memory do you preserve from your first "defilare" (I'm starting to think this means "reveal", as in her "big reveal" but I am not sure) for an international designer/creator? Who was it and how did you prepare yourself for the defining moment/reveal (again, "defilare/defilarii"). How did you "manage" your emotions "inerente" (is this a typo? Not sure what "inerente" is).
My first important presentation/reveal was for Prada, in Milano. My luck was that I didn't quite realize at that moment the importance of this presentation, so much so that I exited after Gisele Bundchen like a flower, with emotions, but (with) nothing special ...
How expensive does it seem to you the price of celebrity/fame? (???)
The price of celebrity/fame is very expensive for those willing/accustomed/set in their ways to paying for it (???). (Oh, the excerpt at the top was from this line ... that was confusing ...).
What compromise would you not be willing to make for your dear career (??? lol)?
To "silicone" myself for a lingerie contract

lol: ).
The career of a model does not last "vesnicie" (not sure ... relating to a long length time more than likely). All in all, this day is still far (for you), have you thought about what you will do when you can no longer "mount" the catwalk (rough translation, but you get the idea)?
I would return to school ... ("facultate" refers to school/learning, she would literally "do another school session").
What is the most endearing/nice compliment which you have received?
Milla Jovovich told me that she likes very much my "sanii" (sorry guys, I don't know this one

).
(The interviewer asks about a possible future in movies/cinemotography). If yes - in which sector/area would it be?
I've had a couple/several propositions for movies, but I am awaiting a script/scenario which will impress me.
Has it ever happened one time where you tripped at a reveal/walk, or put even simpler, clothes did not go as had been planned (? Last line is tripping me up). If yes, how did you react in the respective moment?
A single time it has happened where I lost my shoes ... I took them in my hand, I smiled with the biggest smile I had, I was applauded and I continued shoeless ... I have never fallen, though I would like to

lol: ) ...
Hopefully there was some insight there beyond the horrible translation. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders.
