A bit less tragic than I remember past shows of his were…I still curse the day cutouts were invented! I will say that the parka and the orange pants are nice.

The monstera leaf motif gets tiring fast.

Dion Lee has always been bit of an odd one. Yes the collection is made well, makes sense thematically and has a decent colour palette. But much like a lot of Australian designers, everything feels "of it's time" and lacks a timelessness to the pieces that can be taken away from the collection and worn with ease later on. Unfortunately, I can still see these pieces hanging lank in Myer or David Jones (more David Jones actually...) because they're very lifeless and exist strongly only within the context of now. Kind of further evident by what Dion is wearing himself.

Also, he needs a better shoe designer.
