Dior Spring 2005

the d'trick bag looks very...lovcat ripsoff dior.
which is really sad.........really really sad.

i'm still gonna reserve my judgement fuilly until i see it in person....
but yeah. so far it's supert-a-c-k-y.

and i absolutely despise the peace and love collection. yuck.

this season is totally out of sync with me (which sucks, after leopard, and the gambler bags, rasta, and the tartan d'trick <3.........i got spoiled haha, it all matched my style exactly.)

i quite like the zipped suede hobo from the "peace and love" collection..

i guess on the larger destective bags, you can zip the bottom part totally off.....?
i think that's pretty cool.

no, the bottom doesn't zip off. it's like a large jewel case; the bottom just unzips so you can keep your valuables in. i think it's adorable, albeit a little impractical for use as an everyday bag (for me anyhow, but i'm really not letting that stop me  :p)

Do Dior launch a new line/bag every 2 weeks!?!

It`s totally insane - who is supposed to buy all that!?

I guess most of us have to save up to the bags and imagine, when you`ve got the money together the bag is already "out" again...

i love. it. so. much.

the zip top bag, doctors bag shape (not the one with the buckle)
the sling-backs with the PERFECT thick heel
the large glossy brown sunglasses
dior flowers brooch and earrings...

This is the new d'trick, i found a photo, its the evening bag style, i'm guessing the shoulder strap will be the same but larger and with the braided strap in black leather. I don't like it, its so tacky.

the shoulder bag version of this is on eluxury now (the one you posted is a wristlet)... just arrived, i guess. i agree that it is kind of tacky but i find it kind of cute. maybe the tackiness is what's so endearing about it  the fabric looks so great... such a gorgeous satin... i want to touch it!

 quite pricy at $1115!
all the big d's on the bag is a little unsightly... :yuk:

its much more appealing in this style...but i sort-of think they have ruined the d-trick bags...they should have kept doing them in black/white, check, and maybe a cream and white (with special crocodile/snakeskin additions)

i never expected the d'trick to become a permanent style in the dior collection.

also yes, i do agree with you.
